ZunaBet Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") establish a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "You") and ZunaBet ("Platform," "Service," "We," "Us," "Our").
ZunaBet is operated by Digital Gaming Solutions Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the laws of Malta, with registration number C89456, having its registered address at Level 3, St. Julian's Business Centre, Elia Zammit Street, St. Julian's STJ 3155, Malta. Digital Gaming Solutions Ltd. operates under Gaming License MGA/B2C/234/2024 issued by the Malta Gaming Authority.
By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse any application for an account at our sole discretion, or if we determine that it does not comply with the requirements outlined in these Terms for opening an Account.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirements
Access to ZunaBet services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2.2 Legal Compliance
You warrant that your participation in gaming activities through our platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and that you comply with all applicable local regulations.
2.3 Account Limitations
Each individual may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts created by the same person, household, or IP address are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Registration Requirements
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.5 Know Your Customer
2.5.1. You represent and warrant that any information provided by you on your application form is true, updated, and correct.
2.5.2. We reserve the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation we deem necessary to determine your identity and location. We reserve the right to restrict the Services, such as deposit and withdrawal functions, until you have completed the identification process and provided Us with all the information that was requested of you.
2.5.3. If you realise that the information provided at registration on your account is incorrect, you must tell us immediately or immediately amend your information. The use of third-party identities or aliases upon registration constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and entitles ZunaBet to take the actions set in clause 6.2 of these Terms of Service.
3. Prohibited Jurisdictions
ZunaBet services are not available to residents or individuals physically located in the following territories: United States of America and its territories, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Cyprus, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine (temporarily restricted), and any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
This list may be updated periodically without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of our services comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Available deposit methods and limits are displayed in your account dashboard. The minimal deposit amount is 20 USD or its equivalent and depends on the payment method you choose. The same applies to the maximum amount.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team.
The minimal amount for withdrawal is 30 USD or an equivalent, and would depend on the payment method you choose, with the same applied to the maximum amount. If the requested amount exceeds the limits of a particular payment method, it will be paid out in installments.
ZunaBet has a maximum withdrawal amount limitation of:
- 5,000 USD or an equivalent per week, starting from the first successful payment sent to you during this week
- 20,000 USD per month, starting from the first calendar day of the month
The above limitation is present at all times unless specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. If your account has a winning balance subject to withdrawal of more than 20,000 (other currencies at the exchange rate), the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of 20,000 / USD until the full amount has been successfully paid out.
The Casino is not a financial institution and must not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest, and no funds conversion or exchange services will be offered to you at any time.
4.3 Verification Requirements
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts may be restricted until verification is completed.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Additional wagering requirements may apply based on risk assessment.
5. Gaming Rules and Conduct
5.1 Fair Play
All games are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified random number generators. Any attempt to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account termination and confiscation of funds.
5.2 Bonus Terms
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or coordinating with other players, is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Technical Issues
In the event of system malfunctions, network failures, or software errors, we reserve the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their previous state. The decision of our technical team is final in such matters.
6. Account Management
6.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
6.2 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, legitimate funds may be returned after investigation.
6.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ZunaBet, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, and text, is the property of Digital Gaming Solutions Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZunaBet provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount of funds in your account. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall ZunaBet or its shareholders be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of the Service even if We had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold ZunaBet and its shareholders, directors, agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement, details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Internal Resolution
We encourage users to contact our customer support team first to resolve any disputes. Our support team will investigate complaints and respond within 14 business days.
10.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our internal resolution, you may escalate your complaint to eCOGRA, an independent alternative dispute resolution service, or the Malta Gaming Authority.
10.3 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
11. Responsible Gaming
ZunaBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you control your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. If you experience gambling-related problems, please contact our support team or seek help from organizations such as GamCare or Gambling Therapy.
12. Communication
We may communicate with you via email, SMS, or through your account dashboard. You consent to receive communications related to your account, transactions, and promotional offers (subject to your preferences).
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or account notification at least 30 days before implementation. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network failures, or cyber attacks.
16. Fraud Prevention
ZunaBet maintains a strict anti-fraud policy and employs a variety of tools to detect and prevent activities that could compromise the integrity and fairness of the gambling environment.
Suspected fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
- Collusion with other players, which involves cooperation between two or more individuals to cheat or gain an unfair advantage, such as sharing information or coordinating bets.
- Development of strategies intended to obtain an unfair advantage or illicit winnings, including manipulating game outcomes with illicit profits.
- Fraudulent actions directed against other casinos or within the ZunaBet network, as well as against payment providers, including deceptive schemes aimed at defrauding entities within the same platform or network.
- Initiating chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions.
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent of assuming another person's identity, regardless of the purpose.
- Engaging in low-risk gameplay strategies, such as consistently covering only red or black outcomes in roulette or covering more than seventy percent (70%) of the table (more than 25 of 36 numbers) in an attempt to disguise the source of funds or transfer funds between players within ZunaBet.
- Any other fraudulent activities not explicitly listed above but identified as violations under current anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
17. Placing Bets and Wagers
17.1. Zunabet reserves the right to decline, in whole or in part, any bet or wager requested at our sole and absolute discretion. All bets and wagers are placed at the bettor's own risk and discretion.
17.2. It is the responsibility of the bettor to ensure that all details of their bets and wagers are accurate. Once placed, bets and wagers cannot be canceled. Changes to bets can only be made through the available editing features, where applicable.
17.3. Funds allocated to bets and wagers will be processed in the order they are received and will remain unavailable for any other use until settled.
17.4. Zunabet reserves the right to cancel any bets that are deemed fraudulent, made on incorrect odds, or affected by technical errors.
17.5. You acknowledge that placing bets on the Sportsbook section is not permitted while you have an active wager requirement from a deposit bonus.

19. Effective Date and Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2025. By using ZunaBet services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
